These markets are currently held at Everett West. The space is modern, industrial, and airy feeling. You should expect a space that has decorations throughout, string lights, music and a comfortable and safe experience for our guests that will keep them coming back.

Outdoor space is a large courtyard 24x98
6x6 spaces inside and up to 10x10 tent spaces outside

Inside space: $145
Outside space: $100
We offer a sliding scale of $80-$145 for Black and Indigenous owned businesses.
Table rentals are available for $14

Applications are closed—can I still apply?
You can send us an email to be put on a waitlist as sometimes we do have people drop out last minute.
Is booth sharing allowed?
For our indoor spaces, we cannot allow booth sharing. Due to COVID regulations, we will only be able to have one person at each table inside so that we can have a decent amount of people shopping at the same time. For outdoor spaces, you are welcome to have two vendors to a table whether you’re sharing or have help. The only exception to our indoor rule is for those that cannot physically manage their booth alone due to a disability.
Will wi-fi be available?
Yes, this space has wifi!
Do we have access to restrooms?
Yep! You will get a map of where those are located.
What is the vendor application process?
After you apply, we will evaluate your application based on quality, creativity, and originality of your wares and theme of the market. Secondly, consideration is given to maintaining an event that is an eclectic, complementary mix of vendors and artisans; the Moon Market team is committed to providing an event unlike any other that is sure to intrigue and excite.
I’m vending outside and my tent is 10x10, will this fit?
Yep! The outside space does allow more room and we can easily fit up to 10 tents comfortably in the courtyard area.
Do I have to rent a table?
Nope! It’s something we like to offer but you can bring your own.
Do I have access to power outlets?
We do have lots of power outlets inside and outside. However, if you are placed in the middle area indoors, you will not have access to an outlet. This question is asked in our application form to ensure you get what you need.
